1. Who we are

We handle your personal data carefully and in line with the Curaçao Personal Data Protection Ordinance (Landsverordening bescherming persoonsgegevens).

2. What we collect

  • When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number and message. These are stored securely on our website and sent to our email.
  • When you visit the website: Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, your device and browser, and your approximate location. We use this only in combined form to improve the website.
  • For security: Google reCAPTCHA checks that contact form messages come from real people, and Jetpack protects the website against attacks. Both may process your IP address and device information.

3. Why we use it

We use your data to answer your questions, prepare quotes, improve our website and keep it secure. We never sell your data, and we don’t use it for marketing without your permission.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the services we need to run this website: our hosting provider (Pressable/Automattic) and Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA and Fonts). Some of these companies store data outside Curaçao, for example in the United States.

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to handle your request, and no longer than 2 years, unless you become a client. Website statistics are deleted automatically after 14 months at most.

6. Cookies

We use a few small files (cookies) to remember your language choice, measure visits through Google Analytics and protect the contact form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email r.lendering@lb-constructie.com and we will reply within 4 weeks.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
